Drawing Board Brewing Company is a culmination of the passions of the husband and wife team who created it. Corey has a scientific background and is constantly striving to create beers that are more interesting than the last. Tonka is well travelled, and has an interest and respect for other cultures, specifically artistic heritage.
Kölsch
Everyone has that one beer that made them fall in love with craft beer. The Kölsch was ours. Its low sweetness, dry crisp finish and medium hop bitterness makes you want to keep going back for more. Our Kölsch style brew takes some liberties with the style with late additions of New Zealand hops that bring some lemon and pine to the party.

On a cool wither night, curled up under a warm blanket is the best place to be. Even if you are unable to get under that blanket, this slightly higher in alcohol beer with warming spices of clove, coriander, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with additions of orange peel, will certainly bring you that sense of Gemütlichkeit - the German word for coziness. Whether it's the first fallen snow, or the tenth blizzard of the year, this one is certain to warm you up.

Pale Ale
Sometimes the beer comes first. Sometimes the name comes first. This time the art came first. Without artists, none of what we do would be possible. Up next in the Sketchbook Series is Transformation. Drawing Board brewer and co-founder, Tonka Lynch, created the art on the outside of the can, and she also helped to develop the target flavor profile for the beer on the inside.

Czech Dark Lager
We seek to break any preconceived notions about beer. Just because a beer is dark doesn't mean it has to be heavy. Proof positive is our Czech dark lager, Julka. Though this brew is dark in color and carries light roast and even some dark fruit character, its is surprisingly light and crushable. This beer will be at home poolside, tending to the garden, or cozied up to a campfire.

Pumpkin Spiced Brown Ale
It's always the right time for pumpkin! This is on of our oldest recipes and we are so excited to finally share it with you! This brown ale has more than subtle notes of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice. Grab some pumpkins, as scary movie, and carve out your own perfect fall night!

Milk Stout
Chai Masala is a blacker-than-night milk stout featuring a warming blend of spices reminiscent of a chai tea latte. This beer features a malt bill that brings forward notes of coffee, chocolate, and a bit of caramel sweetness, as well as earthy English hops. A blend of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns, cloves, and anise is added late in the game to makes sure they are the star of the show.

Hefeweizen
Reinheitsgebot, the German purity law, states that only four ingredients can be used in the making of beer: water, hops, barley, and yeast. But the Hefeweizen is one of the most popular German beers there is, and it's brewed with wheat! How can that be? That's because the Duke of Bavaria had exclusive rights to brewing with this ingredient. WE decided to pay homage to this by brewing Exempt with traditional noble hops and European malt. Though we aren't working under the direction of a Duke, we think we'll be okay.

Grisette
This traditional Belgian style nearly went extinct, but the American craft beer revolution has given it new life. Our grisette, literally translate to little gray one, is a delicate dry ale, featuring bready and grainy malt profiles with yeast derived flavors of pear and lemon accompanied by pleasant hot aromas of spice, citrus, and fruit
