Designed to be similar to the classic British style “Ordinary Bitter.” Featuring British light pale malt, British light crystal malt, and onsite grown rye malt, this beer features a soft balanced palate with the smooth drinkability of classic pub beers.

4% ABV

This NEIPA is simple, straightforward American 2-Row for base fermentable, flaked oats and Four Star Farms grown malted wheat for body and mouthfeel. There are no boil additions of hops, everything is added either post whirlpool or in the dry hops using a blend of Crystal, Centennial, Chaos, and Cascade for a bright citrus flavour and aroma.

6.5% ABV

A Robust Porter is generally Porter’s stronger, more (you guessed it!) Robust sibling. Featuring bigger notes of roast, caramel, and baker’s chocolate, Dark Oast brings out the characteristics of a big porter in a very drinkable format.

6% ABV

The base for the Northfielder is pure German Pilsner malt which has a beautiful character all its own, subtle aromas of honey and bread with a balanced mouthfeel and exceptional performance in the brewhouse.

4.5% ABV

Based on Pine Cutter, but more mouthfeel, increased body and texture, bigger hop additions and bigger double dry hopping. Haze, silky mouthfeel, big hop aroma and flavor, everything you could want in a big citrus bomb of an IPA.

8% ABV

Saison is a classic Belgian style beer that can swing to extremes (it can be strong or lower in alcohol, big and complex or simple and dry) and the interpretations are almost endless. Field Break is designed to be a moderate ABV drinkable saison, a showcase for the complexity that comes with locally grown ingredients.
