What to drink

Blue House Kolsch

Kolsch Style Ale

Welcome to the Blue House, where the Kolsch traditions of Cologne, Germany meet a refreshing blackberry and blueberry infusion. We hope you find Blue House to be a near perfect choice for any occasion, but we find it pairs best with good friends and good times.

5% ABV, 25 IBU

Parapet

Pilsner

A parapet is a low wall or railing to protect the edge of a roof or bridge. We like to think that’s all that separates us from our European counterparts. Parapet is our interpretation of a classic Czech Pilsner.

5% ABV, 25 IBU

Hoist

NE IPA

Hoist this juicy, hazy, dry hopped, New England Style IPA, bright with flavors of passionfruit, grapefruit, and apricot, to the occasion of your choice. It’s packed with Amarillo, Simcoe, and one of our favorites, Vic Secret hops. Whatever the reason, hoist this beer high in celebration!

Hay Hook

Barleywine Style Ale

Hookin’ hay, harvesting barley, and the changing of the seasons makes for the perfect time to enjoy Loophole’s Hay Hook Barleywine. We hope you take some time, perhaps beside a fire and under the stars, to savor the rich malt flavors matched with the unmistakable flourish of Galaxy hops you will find in Hay Hook.

May the Road Rise To Meet Ewe

Oatmeal Stout

With brewers shaking hands across the pond, this Irish American stout features a smooth but pronounced roasted flavor without being overbearing. The use of specialty grains, oats, and flavorsome hops result in a light but creamy mouthfeel backed by a smooth, balancing bitterness. Subtle notes of coffee accent a milk chocolate-y richness. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Baronscourt Brewing, Northern Ireland.

5.1% ABV, 39 IBU

Festbeir

Munich-style Lager

A modern, Munich-style Festbier. This light, bready lager has medium bitterness and a pleasant spiciness and herbal quality from the use of Czech Saaz hops, Festbier is made with floor malted Pilsner malt, as well as Vienna and Munich malts.

6.5% ABV, 28 IBU

Drone

Saison with Honey

Subtle herbal spiciness balanced with the sweetness of New England harvested honey.
