War Castle takes it name from the original city of Worcester in the UK, which came from the phrase "war-castle."

Our gin-inspired holiday sour ale. Brewed with juniper berries, coriander, and rosemary, features a gingery and citrusy aroma that gives way to distinct pine and floral juniper notes. Assertive, clean, and clear lemony sourness. Medium-light bodied and dry, with a long, tart finish.

Bivouac, our collaboration with Dorchester Brewing Co., is a cold IPA brewed with pale malts and rice and featuring Citra and Sabro hops. Big tropical fruit aroma with notes of mango, papaya, pineapple, and coconut. Ever so light sweetness on the palate, and crisp with a dry finish.
Proceeds from this beer will be donated to two local veteran-focused nonprofits: New England Center and Home for Veterans in Eastern MA, and Project New Hope in Central MA.

Cran You Dig It is assertively tart with a big cranberry nose and flavor, and features subtle herbal notes of mint and ginger.

Salisbury Mansion - our third collaboration with Worcester Historical Museum - is an English-Style Old Ale brewed with molasses and aged on American oak. Strong aroma of oaky vanilla and toffee, with hints of cocoa and raisin. Medium bodied with rich caramel and brown sugar flavor.

Our year-round Helles Lager, Three Decker features a rich honey malt aroma with a touch of floral noble hops, and a balanced mouthfeel with a crisp finish.

Featuring Idaho 7 hops, Dexy pops with a dank aroma followed by notes of grapefruit, mango, and pine. Soft body with a lightly bitter finish.
In honor of those Idaho 7 hops, we named Dexy after our owners’ puggle, who looked, quite stunningly, like a potato.

Our Wild Maine Blueberry Sour Ale, My Blue Heaven is tart with a touch of sweetness, a bold wild Maine blueberry flavor, and light bready malt notes.

Brewed wheat, oat, and spelt from Valley Malt and hopped with Triumph hops from Four Star Farms, Good Hang: Triumph features a floral aroma with hints of lime zest and allspice. Light bodied with a lively citrus flavor and dry finish

Our pumpkin spice latte stout! Roasty and slightly sweet with big notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, dark roast coffee, and cocoa powder, along with flavors of caramel and toasted bread, and a long, balanced finish.

A maize lager with rooibos, Burudika (Swahili for “cheers”) features a light, slightly sweet body with notes of cornbread, a nicely herbal aroma, and a soft finish.
Burudika was in brewed in collaboration with African Community Education, a Worcester-based nonprofit that provides educational resources for African immigrants and refugees.

Served on nitro, Blackstone is dark and roasty with loads of coffee and chocolate notes, yet smooth, dry, and easy-drinking.
Blackstone, an Irish Dry Stout, is named for Worcester's bygone canal, the construction of which brought thousands of Irish immigrants to Worcester in the early 19th century.

Traditional German wheat beer with an aroma of clove and citrus notes.
Edelstein - German for 'gemstone' - has an added complement of citrus flavors due to a late addition of Perle, Opal, and Saphir hops.
